S.A.M.Start-Up AI Mentor

Pay once. Know all sixteen steps.

Everything here is public information — scattered across forty tabs, half of it wrong, and most of it wrapped in something trying to sell you a service. You're paying for the depth of every step, the state specifics, and a mentor who has done this before.

$47unlocks all 16 setup steps
Founding price — first 500 founders

This is the setup tier. What's next after launch — building a pro forma budget and P&L, raising money, a founder community — will be separate add-on tiers later. You'll never be auto-enrolled in one.

  • All 16 steps written out the way step one is — what to do, where to go, what to avoid
  • State-specific fees, filing links, and processing times for your state
  • Every trap flagged: paid-EIN sites, agent auto-renewals, license gaps
  • S.A.M. on every step, for the questions you don't know to ask yet
  • A running checklist that remembers where you stopped
  • Free updates when your state changes a fee or a form

Or start free — step one is open to everyone.

What we will never sell you

  • — A registered agent you probably don't need
  • — A $99 'EIN filing service' for a form that is free
  • — Compliance subscriptions billed to you next year

S.A.M. earns nothing from any filing service, bank, or agent. There is one price, and you just read it.

Your account, your personalized roadmap overview, and step one — the name search — cost nothing. It's the step everything else inherits, so we'd rather you get it right than get it behind a wall.

Is this everything I'll ever pay?

$47 covers the setup tier — the 16 steps that get you legally ready to operate. Later tiers (pro forma budgets and P&Ls, raising money, mentorship, community) are optional add-ons you choose, not renewals that show up on your card.

What if I get stuck?

Every step has S.A.M. attached to it, and every step is overseen by Dave Kaufman, who has taken companies through this more times than he'd like to admit.

Does this replace a lawyer?

No — and it tells you plainly on the two or three steps where a lawyer or CPA is genuinely worth the money, instead of on all of them.
